Fees are due at the time of the session.  Additional session time can be pro-rated if longer sessions are needed.  While I am not currently on insurance panels as an in-network provider, many PPO insurances cover psychotherapy.  I can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month to submit to your insurance for coverage.  Please let me know if you have questions about this process.

Before the initial session I will email you forms to review before the session. Please fill these out and bring with you to the intake session.  We will review them and you can ask any questions.  These will include: Consent for Treatment/Office Policies, Credit Card Authorization, an Initial Questionnaire, and a Notice of Privacy Practices. 

I request a credit card on file for missed session charges. 

My cancellation policy is 48 hours.  In order to avoid your full session fee, please cancel at least 48 hours prior to your session.
